Please contact our customer service team prior to returning the clothing. Once confirmed, please include a hard copy of this form in your return package or email us with the form filled.

If there is no returns form in your package please email ethos.athleisure@gmail.com or send us a Facebook Message or Instagram DM with your order name and number.

Please ensure you post back your return with traceable service as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

No refund or exchange will be approved until the item(s)’s condition has been verified by our customer service team.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

In this Returns Policy, a “Return” is the general term given to include the seeking of a repair, exchange, refund or store credit from any items you have purchased from us.

This Returns Policy is at all times, subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). To the extent that any provision of this policy is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL will prevail and apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Incorrect items

If you were sent the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping costs of both reimbursing you for sending the incorrect item back to us and also our sending you the new item in accordance with your order.

If you have ordered the wrong size you will need to pay for the return shipping costs of both sending the incorrect item back to us and also our sending you the new item.

Credit Notes

Credit Notes are Valid for 12 month from the date issued. 

Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be returned to the sender.

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ethos.athleisure@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Time

We process all of our returns within 2 days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected. Domestic returns by regular post can take about a week, while express post should take 3 days. International post can take 1 – 2 weeks to arrive.

Faulty Items

If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 5 days of the items arrival. Do not remove the tags or hygiene stickers otherwise you will not be guaranteed a refund. If you could send photos of the faulty item that would be appreciated.

Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be returned to the sender.

Associated Costs

If there was an error with your order, we will pay the shipping costs for you to return the item(s) to us and also to resend your new items to you. This may include being sent the wrong item or size, and damaged or faulty products.

If the error was yours, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us and also for us to resend your new items to you. This may include ordering the wrong item or size, and change of mind situations.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return item(s) to us, unless the item(s) is faulty or damaged, in which case we will cover the shipping fees (assuming a full receipt is sent to us). ETHOS ATHLEISURE is not liable for any items lost in the post, therefore we recommend to use a Signed For/Fully Tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

If you are returning an item from outside Australia, a customs charge may be incurred by Australian customs - we are not liable for this charge; if we receive a customs notice, we will notify you and ask for payment. If payment is not made, the package will be returned to you or held indefinitely if no return address has been provided by yourself.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Returns Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This Returns Policy and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the goods constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Returns Policy). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of this Returns Policy shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law

This Returns Policy and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. To the extent permitted in your local jurisdiction, this refund policy is governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia. 

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victoria courts and agree that those courts are a convenient forum in which to resolve any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions (and any contracts between you and us which arise through your use of this website).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Returns Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to this Returns Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
